Because of this, we cannot guarantee specific hair growth outcomes and do not offer refunds based on individual results.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
